I have been building homes and renovating kitchens and bathrooms in the Montreal area for
over 30 years. In fact I have worked on everything from renovating a bathroom to building custom dream homes.
What sets Terradon apart from most contractors is that we are able to communicate very technical information to you, our clients, in a way that you can understand. Anyone who has gone through a renovation knows the importance of crystal clear communications. We are all on the same team so we must all be on the same page. It’s the best way we know to make sure that your project gets built right.
We understand that in many cases, you will be living in your home while we renovate. So we will do our absolute best to minimize the disruption to your life. We will seal of areas from dust, we will not track dirt and mud etc. through your home and we will sweep up at the end of every day. We go the extra mile to ensure that your home remains as liveable as possible. We always lay down special carpet in high traffic areas throughout the house, so as not to dirty or damage existing carpets, tiles or hardwood floors.
We go home at the end of the day too. Believe me, we don’t want to open the front door and find a disaster zone waiting for us, so we make sure you don’t either.

Terry and his team just finished renovating the bathroom of our master bedroom. I can’t tell you how happy we are with the results. They did the demolition when we were away and we came back to a spotless house. The bathroom was sealed off with plastic so we were able to keep using the bedroom at night (no dust!). This is the fourth time that we’ve worked with Terradon and we wouldn’t even consider looking for anyone else. In fact I’ve recommended them to several friends who have been just as happy.
We first worked with Terry in 2003. At that time they completely gutted and renovated our entire condo, including the fireplace and two bathrooms. He also took down a wall and turned our closed off kitchen into an open concept– everyone loved it, especially us. When we moved to a house in 2009, they renovated our kitchen and one bathroom.
Terry makes the whole process really easy, he explains everything and the jobs are always right on budget and right on time. In fact his team will be back in a few months to replace some windows.

Terry and his team did an outstanding job in building my custom timber frame home
in Whistler. Terry not being from Whistler is a seasoned veteran and had
